Hailey is 6 Months Old! "What"?!

While we were in Vancouver, we were blessed to be able to spend some time with friends and family. We went to our friends Shad and Nicolle's house for dinner and spent a nice evening visiting with them. My brother Chris and his partner Kyle came down from Tacoma and we went to OMSI, the Portland Science Museum. And we were able to have dinner with Steve and Kathy.

We are home now. Matt has been sick all week, he just went back to work today. Hailey has been sick too. Poor thing, she has a cough, runny nose, and watery eyes. My dad has been really sick too, and I hate to say it but I think I might be getting sick my self.:(

Hailey turned 6 months on the 19th and she had her 6 month check up yesterday. She is 15lbs 8ozs, that puts her in the 40th percentile and she is 27 ins long so that puts her in the 90th percentile for her height. Her weight may seem a little low but for her it is not. She is still on her curve so she is doing great! Man how time flies. It feel like just yesterday we were moving into our house and she was still growing in my belly, yet it still feels like that for Emma too.

Emma has been being a great big sister and little helper. She loves to give the animals their food. We also got a new puppy we call him Bubba, but Matt is not sure is he wants that to be his name. We love him none the less, he is such a sweet boy.

We traded in our truck for an older truck. This makes me sad but the money that we are saving on not having a vehicle payment each months is helping us to get that much closer to our goals.

One of our friends horses had her foal not too long ago so we have been enjoying the beautiful gift of life that God has given to us. He has blessed us so very much.

Matt has to go to Libby Montana on Friday and will be there about a week, that wont be too long.

So all in all we are doing good, just as always we are busy.

Endurance, Perseverance, Hope...

As many of you know, our two oldest children were blessed with the opportunity to go to the Diamond J Rodeo Camp. This is their second year, but it feels like it has been a life time. I was really hoping and praying that I would be able to go and was thinking that I was going to have to miss is this year. It brings so much joy to not only to our children but to me. I leave there filling filled with the Holy Spirt. The relationships you gain while there are lifelong ones. I truly consider them family. That all being said I was able to go and the girls grew in both their rodeo skills as in the relationship with Christ. God truly has a way of speaking through people and there were many times that I felt that He was speaking directly to me. On the last night, Pastor Al had asked us to close our eyes in preparation to pray, then said, " Now look at yourself" I did, and to my surprise I saw a beautiful version of myself. Hailey is 2 Months Old!!

So Hailey is starting to coo, I love it. She had her two month check up about two weeks ago and she weighed 10lbs 4oz 50th percentile and she was 23 1/2 in. long 90th percentile in her height.
