Chicken and Dumplings and a Side of Laughter.

We are in Vancouver as of now we will be returning home tomorrow, stay the night at my parents house so that Matt can go to Saturday school in Pasco, and then I think we will be going home. Last night we went over to some friends of ours who live here in Vancouver, Shad and Nicolle. We met them in Spokane when we lived there and as life does, it took us our separate ways. Yet God is great and we have really developed a great relationship with them. I think we have gotten closer now that they live here and we live in Creston. Nicolle made this yummy Chicken and Dumplings and we brought a salad. We all scarfed it down even Emma enjoyed it. After is was setting nice in our tummies we thought well that was healthy lets get some chocolate cream pie. We watched a little "Planet Earth", Emma of course loved it, anything with animals is great. It was so wonderful to see them and talk about there new addition to the family coming this summer. We are so excited for them, we know that they will be great parents. Love you guys!!

Endurance, Perseverance, Hope...

As many of you know, our two oldest children were blessed with the opportunity to go to the Diamond J Rodeo Camp. This is their second year, but it feels like it has been a life time. I was really hoping and praying that I would be able to go and was thinking that I was going to have to miss is this year. It brings so much joy to not only to our children but to me. I leave there filling filled with the Holy Spirt. The relationships you gain while there are lifelong ones. I truly consider them family. That all being said I was able to go and the girls grew in both their rodeo skills as in the relationship with Christ. God truly has a way of speaking through people and there were many times that I felt that He was speaking directly to me. On the last night, Pastor Al had asked us to close our eyes in preparation to pray, then said, " Now look at yourself" I did, and to my surprise I saw a beautiful version of myself. Hailey is 2 Months Old!!

So Hailey is starting to coo, I love it. She had her two month check up about two weeks ago and she weighed 10lbs 4oz 50th percentile and she was 23 1/2 in. long 90th percentile in her height.
